Westley Wright – UC Ranch Specialist
Westley Wright is a 6th generation South Texan and the broker & owner of 1836 Realty & Auction. He and his wife Nicole are passionate about helping their company’s clients reach their real estate goals and about leading the company’s agents.
Westley grew up in the agricultural industry with his parents owning a fertilizer company, so he learned a lot about business ownership from a young age. Westley worked cattle from South Texas to Utah as a young man, which instilled a life-long value for hard work. He went on to study criminal justice in San Marcos at South West Texas State University before getting his real estate license in 1999.
Westley has since been blessed to serve countless clients with their real estate endeavors and calls it a God-send to have had the opportunity to represent clients on ranch sales from Brooks County to Reeves County.
He enjoys spending time with Nicole, going to team roping events with their son Royce, and wade fishing with their daughter Lynley.
Westley is a principled businessman, humble leader and true family man. He values integrity above all else, and it shows in every area of his life. His unwavering honesty and loyalty are just a couple of attributes that make him a reliable and successful broker and business owner as well as a trusted and respected professional in the real estate industry.
