Derek Hale
A South Texas native, Derek Hale is an outdoorsman and family man. He is a 5th generation landowner of the Toft Ranch, which has been in his family for approximately 115 years. A proud Texan, Derek is dedicated to helping clients buy and sell some of the best property available in the Lone Star State.
Derek Hale has managed ranches and cattle operations for more than 20 years, from South and West Texas to New Mexico. As a result, he has a considerable amount of knowledge about ranching in those regions. Currently he manages the Double A Ranch in Uvalde, Texas, specializing in quality replacement heifers.
Derek also has experience as a gunner for multiple helicopter pilots, catching, selling and transporting wildlife and exotics throughout Texas. His unique background provides real estate clients with valuable insights and perspectives into various aspects of land management.
