Ranches for sale in Oregon

Oregon Ranches for Sale

Browse Ranch REAL ESTATE LISTINGS

As far as locations go, there are quite a few ranches in eastern Oregon in places such as Umatilla, Grant, and Harney counties, and more centrally located ones such as Deschutes County. The southeast part of the state is high desert ranchland, with abundant sunshine nearly year-round.

Most of the ranches you’ll find in Oregon stay busy running cattle and/or producing hay from alfalfa and other crops. Pastures are irrigated and many buyers seek property with water rights from area creeks or rivers. In fact, there are some great ranches in eastern Oregon with John Day River frontage, springs, juniper pine timber, and endless views.

UC Ranch Properties features Oregon ranches with a mix of deeded acreage and some state-leased or BLM grazing permit land. Some ranches here focus on horses or livestock other than cattle, and custom-built homes with manager’s houses, shops, and outbuildings are common. Additionally, hunters enjoy pursuing mule deer, antelope, and Rocky Mountain elk on these ranches.
