About 35% is bottom land that was previously used for farming. Mule deer and White-tail are often seen on the ranch with occasional exotics that roam through the ranch and up and down the river. Audad sheep roam the canyons as well as predators such as Mountain Lion, Bobcat, Coyotes, Black Bear, and fox. Turkey, Dove, Quail, waterfowl, and migratory birds are abundant as well as varmints. There are several blinds and feeders in place. Fishing is great in this area. The most popular species of fish caught here are White Bass, Largemouth Bass, Yellow Cat, Channel Catfish, and perch.
