Land: You will not find more productive soils in Kerr Country. For centuries the Guadalupe River & Bluff Creek have been pouring nutrients into this rich black dirt. Highlighted by a 90+/- Acre pivot which produces hundreds of round bales per season. An additional 20+/- acres is dry-land farmed with improved grasses to provide exceptional grazing for livestock. Continuing North on the ranch the land will gently roll up to 1520′ elevation providing exceptional views over the hay fields and the Guadalupe River Valley.
