The Buffalo Creek Ranch is located in one of the most sought-after locations in Montana, The Bull Mountains. The Buffalo Creek Ranch is a very well-watered ranch with diversity of natural water from Buffalo Creek (seasonal) and two developed springs. There is a 35 GPM well that supplies all the structures on the farmstead as well as 2 different rubber tire tanks for stock use. An additional 9 GPM well on the northeastern section of the ranch supplies cattle and wildlife with water. Water rights are available upon request and will be transferred to the buyer at closing.
Climate
