Theresa is the owner and managing broker at United Country-Western Montana Group, LLC.Based out of Missoula, MT, the office covers all of the state, with an emphasis on Western Montana. A varied background of livestock, ranching, and business management has prepared Theresa well for the daily challenges of the real estate profession! She loves working with clients, using United Country’s unique marketing tools to close transactions quickly and efficiently.

She currently serves in leadership MAREX, the Montana Association of Real Estate Exchangers. This group of experienced brokers excels at ‘thinking outside of the box’, working creative solutions to make real estate transactions happen.
Volunteer activities: 20+ years as a 4-H Leader, current volunteer to 4-H, FFA, and Boy Scouts. Previous member King County, WA Mounted Search and Rescue Team. Previous Volunteer Firefighter and EMT. Currently serving on the Community Advisory Council for the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Department. Current instructor at outdoor youth camps, teaching survival and EMT skills, and Dutch oven cooking. She is also the current chairman of the Missoula chapter for the MDF (Mule Deer Foundation)
Theresa lives on a small, sustainable farm outside Missoula, MT, where she raises her own organic garden and livestock. She uses her mule and horse for backcountry hunting and fishing adventures, and enjoys backpacking as well.
