As a 4th generation Floridian, born in Boca Grande, Florida and with a strong love for horses, which were not allowed on the island, she was determined to have horses someday. At the age of nine, the opportunity for her family to live on a working ranch and hunting preserve was a dream come true.
Sara offers over two decades of real estate sales experience and holds a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) designation, which prepared her to serve clients at a higher level through protecting their financial interests in contract negotiations. She also earned the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist Certification (CPRES) that provides Sara with the expertise needed to assist personal representatives and attorneys in settling the real estate portion of estates. Sara completed the coursework for the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation and is in the process of completing the qualifications for the designation.
Sara is a member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors®, Florida Realtors®, The National Association of Realtors®, and studies at Florida Gulf Coast University.
She currently resides in Alva, Florida on a gentleman’s ranch with a citrus grove.
