Earned designations include the (CAI) Certified Auctioneers Institute designation, the (AARE) Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate and the (CES) Certified Estate Specialist, a compilation of course studies at Indiana University and the (UCMA) United Country Master Auctioneer designation. I’m a proud member of (RLI) Realtors Land Institute, (NAR)  National Association of Realtors, (NAA) National Auctioneers Association and (KAA) Kentucky Auctioneers Associations as well as a Commissioner of the Kentucky Board of Auctioneers. I also carry the LandPro designation as a memeber of Realtree UC Hunting Properties.

My experience includes growing up in a family owned real estate and auction business and having spent over 10 years nationally within the corporate auction world. Ron is an owner/partner and principal broker of United Country / Heartland Realty & Auction, LLC based in Bowling Green, KY, with franchise offices in Bowling Green, Franklin and Brownsville, KY. Our real estate company specializes in selling Lifestyle Properties including Country Homes, Land, Farms, Hunting & Recreational Properties, Timberland & Commercial Properties, At Auction and by traditional listing & sales. Estate services, 1031 exchange services, and land acquisitions are additional areas of knowledge and experience.
