Patrick Gibson founded United Country – Southern States Realty in 2002 which has been the #1 United Country Real Estate office internationally for 14 years. He specializes in premier recreational properties and cattle ranches which often require a customized marketing strategy to reach willing buyers. Patrick is an experienced broker who has facilitated many complex, multi-million-dollar transactions and is an expert at contract negotiation. He has personal experience managing timberland and beef cattle on his farm in north Mississippi. When he’s not selling property, he enjoys spending time at his home away from home in the Abaco Islands in The Bahamas. The most rewarding parts of his career are the relationships he’s made and the satisfaction from helping clients achieve their goals.
