Nancy Belt began her career in real estate more than 30 years ago and opened the Stockmen’s Realty brokerage, in 2005.  Prior to that, Nancy worked as an agent for other brokerages, operated a land development consulting business, and worked for a Tucson based builder/developer as a project and land development manager. Her vast career in all aspects of real estate provides her with a wealth of background and experience.

Nancy’s roots are in agriculture and she appreciates the land and the people who live off the land that is why she specializes in cattle ranches, horse properties and farms.  As a resident of the desert southwest for the past 40 years she understands the unique qualities that make Arizona and New Mexico a great place to live and ranch.  As a seasoned ranch broker, Nancy knows what it takes to both buy and sell rural agricultural properties.  She is familiar with the lifestyle and those things important to it and ultimately important to you.  She is also knowledgeable regarding  the various agencies that oversee the grazing of livestock on public lands and can guide you through this process.  She will not only assist you with the sale or purchase of a property, but will also assist in transferring those important leases, permits and water rights.

Nancy has been married to her husband Bill, for 34 years, has one daughter and lives in rural Sonoita, Arizona. Hobbies have included raising Angus cattle, horseback riding including cutting and trail riding.
