Matthew Peachey

Broker/Owner

Matthew grew up on the land and in the outdoors on a grain operation in Kentucky. Here he learned the value of hard work and developed a love of the outdoors, the land, and working with his hands. After moving to NC in 2010, he spent a number of years in different facets of the construction industry before entering the real estate business in 2015. As a Land Professional, Matthew understands the dream of owning land big enough to run and play, keep animals, till the soil, hunt, fish and just get away from the daily hustle and bustle. He is passionate about managing land well, a trait he learned from his father who taught himself extensively on the proper management of soil, nutritional balance, and soil health. He is also a level1 QDMA Deer Steward and is always working to improve his knowledge of wildlife and habitat management.

Matthew and his wife, Mari, with their three children, currently reside in Woodleaf, NC, along with their Border Collie named Dixie. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys hunting, fishing, and anything that gets him outdoors. He plays guitar, sports, and enjoys woodworking (particularly rustic décor and furniture) and smoking and curing meat. His top values are God, Family, and integrity

A note from Matthew: Whether you are buying or selling real estate, you want a top agent on your side that will get the deal done on your behalf and to your greatest advantage. Few things are more frustrating than working with someone that you’re not even sure you can trust, so I take that pretty seriously. I have yet to have an unhappy client. I look forward to working together with you to meet and exceed your goals in Real Estate!
