Markelle Lett

Markelle grew up in northeastern Montana, much of her childhood spent on the family ranch, enjoying the way of life offered by the small rural communities of Phillips County. As a 4th generation Montanan, Markelle’s love for her home state is evidenced by her passion for the outdoors. Markelle is an avid bowhunter, enjoying many weekends stalking Elk and Whitetail Deer in the Missouri River Breaks with her favorite hunting partner, her dad.

Markelle joined Northwest Realty & Auction in 2021 as the Office Manager and Marketer, a role she continues to fulfill today. She has gained valuable insight working for one of the best brokerages in the business and remains an approachable point of contact for the Northwest Realty & Auction Team. She has played a key role in the success of each and every agent within the brokerage. Her understanding of the power of marketing and her extraordinary design capabilities give Markelle a keen eye for presenting the best features of a property to a widespread audience. Markelle’s knowledge of technology and can-do approach have allowed her to continually learn and grow as the Northwest Realty & Auction Marketing Guru. She is excited to apply those same skills, combined with her background in customer services and sales, to her role as a Real Estate Agent.

Markelle enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with her daughter and family. While she has spent many fall months hunting Elk and Whitetail Deer, she hopes to experience hunting other big game animals in the future. Markelle’s equally combined passion for the outdoors, big game hunting, and the rural lifestyle as well as her love for people make her an obvious choice for buyers and sellers looking to achieve their real estate dreams in Northeastern Montana.
