Jimmie Dean Coffey is from Bloomington, Indiana. He began his Auction and Real Estate profession in 1983, upon graduating from Reppert School of Auctioneering. He married his wife, Phyllis, in 1984 and they have two children, Christa and Cody.
Since 1983 Jimmie Dean has been involved with and conducted numerous successful Real Estate Auctions across Country. Including the Hudson Ranch in Texas, the Rocking F Ranch in Oklahoma, the Hurd Ranch in Colorado and many others in many states.
Jimmie Dean has been selling Real Estate both as a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer since 1985. He has conducted the sale of Ranch Land, Farm Land, Hunting & Recreational Land, Residential Homes, Vacant Building Lots and Commercial Real Estate in multiple states.
He has become a high quality, well-known name in the nation as a Real Estate professional. Jimmie Dean is a past Director and Education Trustee for the National Auctioneer’s Association, where he holds the designations of CAI, AARE, AMM, CES as well as the United Country designation of “UCMA” United Country Master Auctioneer.
Jimmie Dean and Phyllis have ties to Oklahoma through Phyllis’ family owning cow calf ranches in southern Oklahoma, their daughter, Christa in Stillwater who graduated from Oklahoma State University. They fell in love with Stillwater and central Oklahoma and in 2015 purchased United Country- Landrun Realty & Auction, Inc. and United Country – Oklahoma Land & Auction in Atoka.
In 2013 Jimmie Dean was hired as Director of Business Development for United Country Auction Services home office in Kansas City, KS where he continues to assist United Country Offices globally grow their business and conduct successful auctions.
Jimmie Dean is a member of multiple Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, The National Auctioneer’s Association and several state Auction Associations.
