David Kreager is a partner and managing broker of Gull Lake Realty, which he started in 2009 after purchasing Gull Lake Realty. He is also a partner and managing broker of Michigan Lakeside Properties. He is a leader in the marketing of lifestyle properties in Michigan, including waterfront property, log and country homes, horse properties, golf course homes and condos, historic homes, and others. David is also the owner of the Lifestyle Property Network, Michigan’s leading digital platform for reaching buyers and sellers in a variety of niche real estate markets.

David has 30 years of sales management, marketing and real estate development experience. The majority of his professional career was spent in the financial services industry, with American Express Financial Corporation. Since 1984, he has been a Certified Financial Planner®, and is qualified to work with IRA investors who invest tax-qualified money in real estate. He has represented properties for sale all over Michigan, and enjoys the creative process required by special and unique properties. David and his wife live just north of South Haven, on the Lake Michigan shoreline.
