Born and raised in Unionville, MO. My wife Jennifer and I have been married for 26 years. We have three daughters Jalynn, Cady, and Avery and we love this place that we call home. My whole life has been centered around real estate. My father has been a licensed broker for 35 years. I grew up with an uncle and father who were both entrepreneurs and real estate buyers as well as developers. This upbringing has given me an educational advantage in valuing and understanding how real estate works, and a love for the real estate life! Our agency works hard to “Put you 1st.” I have had my real estate license for over 20 years and I am looking forward to putting my experience to work for you.
We don’t just sell real estate, we own it too. We have a diverse portfolio from farm & hunting land, to self storage units, a convenience store, retail outdoor power sports equipment, and a car wash, all located across southern Iowa and Northern Missouri. With this experience brings valuable expertise in the industry and helps us better understand what you are wanting to accomplish when buying or selling.
I enjoy riding dirt bikes and buying motorcycles of all kinds. Hunting for lost golf balls and working are a couple more of my favorites. I also enjoy going to a good auction. My wife and I especially enjoy going to live concerts and plays.
In 2017 we teamed up with United Country and we can now offer you the power of United Country, a company that has been in the business since 1925. We can get you a broader reach for your listing while providing you with the local expertise that you need to make informed decisions.
Putting you first is our motto. We want to glorify the God that created us, and that means giving you the best experience we can when you are ready to buy or sell. We can talk about integrity but we prefer to show you.
We can offer you traditional listings, as well as land, personal property, and equipment auctions. For hunting properties the power of Realtree United Country is as good as it gets. We have all the tools in the belt to help with whatever situation you might be in.
