Candice Land
Candice Land is a fourth generation Suwannee County resident. She graduated from Suwannee High school and received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Saint Leo University in Gainesville. Candice returned to Live Oak after college and was an elementary/ESE teacher for 21 years before leaving to work real estate full time. She is married to Leon Land and they have two children.
On weekends, Candice enjoys spending time with the family; boating on the Suwannee River, salt water fishing and scalloping in nearby Keaton Beach and Steinhatchee, paddle boarding and UTV riding. Other interests include reading and spoiling her maltipoo, Ellie!
