He trained horses using the latest method of winning the confidence of colts, developing in them a desire to learn and grow into outstanding all-around cow horses. Attended Eastern Arizona Jr. College, Arizona State University and graduated from the University of Arizona with an Agriculture Education degree. He and wife Donna settled in Marana, AZ where he taught Vocational Agriculture and led the Future Farmers of America Program (FFA) at Marana High School for nine years.
Brad’s other notable accomplishments include establishing a dry lot cow/calf operation in partnership with an area resident in Avra Valley; management of the Cortaro Marana Irrigation District; involvement with the formation of the Town of Marana and served as the Utilities Director for the Town overseeing the development of the water, wastewater, and electrical facilities.
Brad went into partnership on the Bridle Bit Ranch in 2004 and retired to full time ranching in 2009 to develop Angus plus heifers and bulls. Having sold the ranch in 2018, he started his real estate career bringing the benefit of his expertise in ranch, farm, equestrian and energy/utilities to real estate and United Country Real Estate, Stockmen’s Realty.
