Craig was born and raised in Indiana and spent over 20 years in Commercial and Industrial Facility management. He initiated many programs in use today with Fortune 500 companies such as The Simon Group, Allied Products, GM and Ford manufacturing. Upon moving to Colorado in 1997 Craig received his Real Estate License and furthered his skill set by completing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) issued by Realtor Land Institute, and EMS (Equity Marketing Specialist) from the National Council of Exchangers. Craig is one of only approximately 300 people internationally who hold the CCIM and ALC accreditations simultaneously. He recently was involved in an international real estate transaction in Australia with the mining industry and has closed on several Retail Centers throughout the USA. Craig has a thorough understanding of commercial real estate investment strategies. He has completed multiple IRS 1031 tax deferred exchanges allowing a customer the confidence needed when seeking out a qualified Commercial Broker or just to inquire on the nuances of an in depth transaction within the Commercial Real Estate market.
