Tyghe Richardson is an Auctioneer and a California Real Estate Broker.
Growing up on a hay and horse ranch in Northern CA, Tyghe was able to learn the importance of an honest days work and the understanding of farming and the value of land. Having been involved in real estate for decades, as well as living the country lifestyle, Tyghe has the essential tools necessary to educate and protect both buyers and sellers alike. From small parcels of raw land to large equine facilities, Tyghe truly encompasses the skills necessary to help clients navigate the country real estate sales process.
As the managing broker of United County Real Estate California Properties, Tyghe trains and shares his extensive experience with new and seasoned agents. He is always available to answer any and all questions and concerns. Tyghe feels his knowledge and passion for real estate greatly compliments the industry.
Tyghe is a graduate of Sierra College and C.S.U. Sacramento, where he earned his AA in General Studies and a BA in Art and Photography, respectively. He attended and graduated from the Western College Of Auctioneering in Billings, Montana. During his time at Western College Of Auctioneering, Tyghe attained the skills needed to professionally participate in auctions.
Tyghe is a member of the NAA, NAR, CAR, PCAR, WPSS, SFARC and Farm Bureau.
