Cord was born in Jacksonville, TX in 1989 and was brought home to Rusk, TX and has lived there ever since. He attended school in Rusk and graduated in 2007. After high school, he went to work moving drilling rigs and eventually worked on drilling rigs until the work dried up and he began pipelining. He worked in the mechanics shop as a helper for a pipeline clearing company and eventually started running heavy equipment clearing Right of Ways for gas companies. After operating equipment for a few years, he took a job as a pipeline inspector and worked on the road from 2014 to 2020 in West Texas and New Mexico. In 2021, Cord passed his real estate exam and began a new career away from the oil and gas industry.
Cord is an avid hunter and fisherman; He loves the outdoors, shooting guns, riding four wheelers, and just about anything to do outside!
He specializes in raw land, timber land, pasture land, recreational tracts, homes on acreage, and residential property. Cord is passionate about real estate and wants to lend a helping hand wherever needed. He understands that buying property or a home is one of the largest investments a person can make in their lifetime and knows the importance of representation for those transactions.
